Sea Roll (“the App”) is designed to measure and record vessel rolling using your device sensors and optional video/screen capture. Your privacy matters, and we aim to keep data use minimal.
Information We Collect
Sea Roll does not collect, store, or sell personal information such as your name, email, address, contacts, or precise location.
Camera, Microphone, and Screen Recording
Sea Roll may request access to:

Camera — to capture video while you record roll sessions.

Microphone — to capture audio if you choose to record audio with your video.

Screen Recording — to record your screen (for example, to capture the measurement overlay and app UI) when you start a recording.
All recordings are created on your device. The App does not automatically upload your camera video, microphone audio, or screen recordings to any server.
How Your Data Is Used
Permissions are used only to provide the core features of the App:

recording roll sessions,

saving recordings locally,

letting you preview and share/export recordings when you choose.
Sharing
If you use the iOS Share Sheet or export features, the content you share is sent to the destination you select (for example, Messages, Mail, cloud storage, or another app). Sea Roll does not control how third-party services handle shared content.
Data Storage
Recordings and related files are stored locally on your device and can be deleted by you at any time (by deleting the files in the App and/or removing the App).
Third-Party Services
Sea Roll does not use third-party advertising and does not sell data.
If you later add analytics, crash reporting, or cloud sync, this policy should be updated to describe what is collected and why.
Children’s Privacy
Sea Roll is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app listings and/or inside APP. The "Effective date" will reflect the lates version.
